Eléna Fourès – Founder
Eléna Fourès (Ph.D. Sorbonne) has over 30 years of experience in Executive Coaching all around the world. As pedagogical supervisor, she designed the methodology and tools used by IDEM PER IDEM Consultants. She has written many books, among which is Leadership au féminin (Editions Progressor), and every two weeks, she publishes an online column about Leadership, Multiculturality and Self Governance.
Diane Fourès – General Manager
Diane Fourès (MSc ESSEC) (MSc ESSEC Business School) took over company management in 2014. She manages the growth and transformation of the firm. She has been working with senior executives and High Potentials since 2015. She specializes in developing assertiveness, emotional governance and the voice of the Leader. As an Opera Singer (Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris), she also performs all over the world on a regular basis. Diane Fourès is the Disabled Persons and Diversity Contact at the firm.
Pierre Fourès – Consultant
Pierre Fourès (HEC, Sciences Po) has 35 years’ worth of experience as an international consultant in corporate and professional transformation (including at the IMF). He works mainly on subjects related to Multiculturality, and uses his experience as a stage director to prepare executives to important public speaking events (General Assemblies, Road-Shows, TV Interviews, Press Conferences…). He has written a book on the subject that was published in 2018 : Incarnez le Leader – Faites mouche ! (Editions Progressor).
Véronique Daguet – Office Manager
Véronique Daguet is the nerve center of coordination at IDEM PER IDEM Consultants. She is in charge of commercial follow-up, architecture of our missions as well as of organisation. Her experience as Manager of a Business Center guarantees remarkable management of sales, services provided and the back office.
Gabriel Caratini – Consultant Partner
Gabriel Caratini (DE Enseignement Musique) is a proficient pianist and improviser, having graduated from the prestigious Centre de Musiques Didier Lockwood. He performs all over the world on a regular basis and teaches at the Conservatoire du 15ème arrondissement in Paris. His specialty is working on vocal impact as a Leader, public speaking, improvisation as well as managing your levels of stress and energy.
Giuseppina Aiello – Executive assistant
Giuseppina Aiello is the critical link of the chain of functioning of IDEM PER IDEM Consultants. She is in charge of scheduling, reception, corporate services and organising travels. She is always available to take in the needs of her counterparts and fulfills her duties in an exemplary manner.
Alexandre Fourès – Innovation Manager
Alexandre Fourès (Master Game Design Plano Texas) has taken the reins of innovation at IDEM PER IDEM Consultants in 2021. He has overseen the creation of over a dozen new tools and methodologies, and set up an industrialized approach to intellectual output. He is currently working on two softwares for our clients.
